Personal-use tool. This application is used only by its own developer/operator to analyze their own eBay seller account. It is not distributed to, or used on behalf of, any other eBay user.
With the account holder's own eBay OAuth consent, this app reads (read-only): their own active listings, their own order history, and their own listing traffic/performance reports, via eBay's Sell APIs.
All fetched data is stored locally, in a SQLite database on the operator's own machine. The OAuth refresh token is stored in the local operating system's encrypted credential store (e.g. macOS Keychain), not in a file. Nothing described here is stored on, or accessible from, any server operated by a third party.
This application has a separate Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notification endpoint, registered with eBay independently of this page, that handles eBay's own account-deletion notification requirement.
